Fundamentals of Food and Beverage Operations is a comprehensive textbook that introduces students to the fundamental practices of food and beverage operations. Aliya Marnina Amirudin is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Hospitality, INTI International College Subang. With a Master of Business (Management) and a Bachelor of Arts, Business and Hospitality Management (Hons), she has been teaching for 9 years.

Cheng Mun Kid is the Dean of the School of Hospitality, INTI International College Subang. With a Bachelor of Business and Hospitality Management, he has 20 years of industry experience and has been teaching for 9 years.

Siti Nur Ahmad Kamaruddin is a Lecturer at the School of Hospitality, INTI International College Subang. With a Master of Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Hotel Management, she has been teaching for 4 years.
